to be split 50/50 between the owner and the developer


3. Guaranteed annual net return of 7%,

If you wish to hold on to your property and have taken one of the last two
options, the increase in value of the property would be charged as follows.
The developer would calculate the difference between option 1 and the option chosen by the owner either option 2 or 3.
Hence if option 2 was chosen 2% will be charged, and 3% for option 3.
Subsequently the market selling value of the property will be determined by a real estate agent. If option 2 was taken 50% of the increase will be charged, and for option 3 100% would be charged.


In all cases property taxes and insurance would be the responsibility of the
real estate management company. Any capital gains taxes on your profits are your
responsibility.

If the owner of the property or closely related family uses the property,
then the following percentages will be deducted from the agreed guaranteed
net return.

- High Season (July and August) : per week 10%

- Half Season (June and September) : per week 7.5%

- Low Season (October up to and inc May) : per week 2%
