The 'La Résidence du Golf' development was originally built in the 1980's on the site of the St Cyprien International Golf Course. The Lease
It's an 11 year lease, with returns equal to 4.34% before tax, PLUS an amazing five weeks' personal use (see below).

There are two different use packages. One where you get the five weeks personal use, as noted above - one week in high season (26 June to 16 July and 21 Aug to 4 Sep), two in mid-season (3 April to 26 Jun and 4 Sep to 11 Sep)
and two in low season (11 Sep to 3 Apr).

The second use package equates to a Light Leaseback deal - where your rental income varies with how much of the year your property is available to be rented out and actually occupied, meaning that you can use it for up to six months of the year yourself!

The rental income is paid quarterly on the last day of March, June, September and December. The rent is revised every three years in accordance with the French Cost of Construction Index (as for all leaseback properties).

In addition to the personal use options, the owner has the right to book extra weeks of use for a discount of 20% on the brochure price here and in any other residence managed by VACANTEL, RESITEL or SODEREV and 10% discount on the brochure price for LAGRANGE holiday residences.

PLUS!! Depending on availability and which residence you choose, there may be a possibility of actually exchanging your weeks of use here for another residence within the list noted above.
