The house and land lie with countryside all around and are approached by a small country lane (about 3/4 of a mile from the road to Nizas, north of Pezenas - which lies literally 5 minutes away).

You enter the house into a hall of around 10sqm, with two doors at the end - one housing the ground floor WC (plus hand basin). The other leads to:
