Full Description: A lovely village house with nothing to do, lying in Nizas, one of the prettiest and most sought-after villages around Pézenas (under 10 minutes away by car).
The House
The whole house benefits from lots of light due to the fact that that both sides open onto the street. The street on each side is very quiet, with the house lying at the end of a cul-de-sac to the kitchen side.
So you can enter through the kitchen-diner (approx 17.5m²) at the 'back' or into the living room (approx 20m²) at the 'front'.
The kitchen is new, and note that the electrics and plumbing throughout the house are all new. On that note, the roof is also in excellent condition, having been revised to a top spec about 15 years ago. The whole ground floor and half the first floor (two windows to go) have been double-glazed with traditional wooden windows - no pvc here!
There is space for a table and chairs for eating in the kitchen-dining room, and there is also a lovely (working) raised corner fireplace. There is extra storage and a wc off from here.
The living room has a small coat cupboard which uses the space under the stairs.

For eating out and making the most of the wonderful climate of the region, there is a little (west-facing so afternoon sun) patio out the back of the house, outside the kitchen, big enough for a table and four chairs. But note that as this side of the house lies in a cul-de-sac, you could, in fact, accommodate a large group of people to eat outside in the street (as they do here!), barbecue etc.
